These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the lead-inquiry forms made available by Gracie Barra Georgetown ("we," "us," "our"), located at 4402 Williams Drive, Suite 160, Georgetown, TX 78628. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

About This Website

This website provides information about our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs and lets you submit an inquiry to schedule a free trial class or request more information. We are an independent academy and part of the Gracie Barra global network.

Form Submissions

When you submit a form on this website, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of a minor inquiring about a kids program
  • The contact information you provide is your own and is accurate
  • You are the account holder for the phone number you provide
  • You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy

Submitting a form does not create a contract or guarantee enrollment. Class availability, trial offers, and pricing are subject to change. Final enrollment terms are set at the academy when you visit in person.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on a form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and appointment-reminder text messages from Gracie Barra Georgetown at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe — we will honor opt-outs immediately and will not text you again unless you re-enroll.

SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of enrollment, services, or any free trial offer.

Free Trial Offer

Where we offer a free introductory class or trial period, the offer is for new students only and may be limited to one redemption per person. We reserve the right to modify or end any promotional offer at any time. The offer is subject to scheduling availability at our academy.

Intellectual Property

The Gracie Barra name, logo, and brand identity are owned by Gracie Barra and used by this academy under license. The content of this website — text, images, video, and design — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a contact martial art that involves physical exertion and risk of injury. Before training, you should consult a physician if you have any medical condition that may be affected by physical activity. Participation in classes is at your own risk and subject to a separate liability waiver signed at the academy.
